For every client that chooses to build with Dechellis Homes, they will receive free ducted reverse cycle air conditioning (heating & cooling) to suit their home from our builder’s standard range.

This offer is applicable to all our home designs, custom designs and to our Grande Specifications.  As this is a free offer, any client that chooses to not take advantage of this promotion will not receive a cash credit.
