After my initial supervisor was changed and Paul was appointed to my job, he called me to introduce himself and set up a time to meet me on site. Paul’s knowledge, his background experience and down-to-earth manner made me feel at ease and this continued throughout my build. He was always informing me of the scheduling and anything else I needed to know and I felt comfortable to call him with any trivial questions!
