Our experience so far with Dechellis has been great. We are in the pre-construction phase and our build consultant Jeremy has been fantastic. He knew exactly what we envisioned for our custom design and worked with us to create our dream floor plan. We love the display homes and the quality is evident, so we trusted his suggestions and expert advise which filled us with confidence. This process so far has been very smooth and enjoyable for us, and we are very excited to watch our home come to life.
